Are you an experienced IT leader passionate about delivering exceptional technology services that support learning, teaching and school operations? We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across our two school campuses.
 
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality IT support, strong stakeholder relationships, effective contractor coordination and smooth delivery of technology initiatives that enhance the school experience for students, staff and families.

The Role
The IT Operations Manager oversees the daily running of IT services, leads the support and AV teams, and ensures our technology environment operates efficiently, safely and in alignment with school priorities. Working closely with the CIO, technical specialists and teaching staff, this role plays an essential part in ensuring technology is a reliable and positive enabler across the school community.

About You
You will bring:
  • Minimum 7–10 years in IT, with at least 3–5 years demonstrated experience leading IT operations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business or Management or equivalent demonstrated experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing external IT contractors or specialist service providers.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people.
